Yoga for Everyone with Toya Williford - Toya is an energetic, passionate and creative yoga instructor who is dedicated to teaching yoga to people of all ages and body types. She crafts fun, challenging, and safe sequences that are alignment-based and link breath awareness to movement by offering an accessible step-by-step approach. Her goal is to cultivate a diverse community of yogis who are committed to strengthening their body, mind and spirit.
